IRIS RESEARCH BUILDING

IRIS Adlershof is located in the newly constructed IRIS research building, which was jointly financed by the federal government, the state and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. This state-of-the-art building complex has been created on the site Zum Großen Windkanal 2 in the immediate vicinity of the HU Dpeartments of Physics and Chemistry and numerous other innovative institutes and companies. With its laboratory, office and communication areas, it offers optimal conditions for researching and developing hybrid systems for electronics, optoelectronics and photonics as well as for the mathematical physics of space, time and matter.
